Designed and stamped in accordance with ASME Section VIII Division 1, the 60" diameter vertical bladder tank required full penetration welds, 100% X-Ray of the long seam and girth welds, 10% spot X-Ray of the pipe butt weld seams, SA-516 Gr.70 MOC with an 1/8" corrosion allowance, a heavy duty butyl rubber bladder, and a four part exterior paint finish.  The project requirements included seismic design and CRN certification along with a documented Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), welder qualifications, Verification and Testing during Fabrication (VTF), inspection hold points, and detailed technical and quality documentation.
